Three studios, one splash.
Splasherist is an immersive creative studio in Bath, with sister studios in Bedminster, Bristol and Worcester. Everywhere, the rules are the same: throw it, splash it, layer it, and nobody is judging.
Our Bath studio at 12 Widcombe Parade is where most of our rage painting sessions, VIP evenings and BYOB art workshops take place. Step through the door and you are straight into the splash zone, with the hosts there to walk you through safety and get you set up.
Whether you are planning a hen party activity in Bath or a birthday party activity in Bath, the studio feels like a place built for loud, messy, unselfconscious fun.

Splasherist exists to give people a fun, memorable and accessible way to make art, let off some steam and celebrate together. We built it around splash-and-rage painting because it's the quickest way we know to switch off the day. You throw paint, you layer it, you make a glorious mess, and nobody is grading the result. It's cathartic fun with no rules, and that's the whole point.
We wanted the door to be open to everyone. You don't need any artistic experience, a steady hand or a plan. Hen parties, birthday crews, corporate teams, date nights and solo creatives all walk in the same way, get the same warm welcome from the host, and get the same overalls and shoe covers so nobody has to worry about ruining their clothes. Bring your own music, bring your own drinks, and leave with a canvas you actually made.
No skill needed, no judgement, just paint flying and people having a proper laugh.

High energy, loud music if you bring it, and paint flying in every direction. We want you laughing, not worrying about whether your work looks good.

No experience needed
You do not need any artistic background. Throwing, splashing and layering paint is the whole method, so beginners and seasoned creatives start on the same level.

Safe and looked after
Your host walks you through the studio and the safety briefing, and overalls, shoe covers and bottled water are all supplied so you can focus on painting.
